How do we grade teams?
Individual accountability
- quiz following team exercise with the lowest (highest) grade on the quiz going to all members of the team
- team quiz following an individual quiz with each individual getting lowest grade
- each student gets to give away 5 points to anyone in the room - no planning permitted
