NEW New Excuse Form

Please note that this is the NEW new excuse form, not the OLD new excuse form. The OLD new excuse form was retired in 1995 when it was felt that were no new excuses, and that the field of new excuses had indeed been exhausted. However, because of the dedication and imagination of our students, it is felt that this little heralded yet extremely important field might once again become a study of interest. For this reason, the following form is made available.

If you do indeed have an excuse which you feel is new and  exciting, please fill in the form below and submit it with your  late work. This form and your paper will be submitted to the NEW New Excuse Committee and a decision will be made as soon as possible.

Please do not ask your professor as to the status of your request. The NEW New Excuse Committee is just as lax at getting things done on time as you are, and like you is not very reliable with assignments. You should expect a reply before 2006.
