REQUEST FOR HOMEWORK INFORMATION

 

Because of the number of students who do not seem to know when a homework problem is due, or other necessary information, I am making the following form available.

 

However, to make sure that you are not just a lazy bum, or were sleeping, or hitting on the girl/guy sitting next to you while I was trying to give you the information, I will require that you get at least four other students from the class to co-sign this form. That should be easy since if I forgot to give you the information, they won’t know either, and will also be trying to find out.
